One of the most frequently asked questions I get is what my fitness routine looks like. Today I am finally sharing what I like to do to stay fit!
Fitness has been a priority for me since my later years in college and I always try to find a schedule that works and stick to it. Working out in the morning works best for me and when I do that, my husband can go with me! Having a dependable workout partner is one of the most important things that helps me get to the gym!
I lift on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday and currently follow this workout plan here (workout #3). I try to do cardio two days a week, which is easier for me when it’s sunny out! When the weather is nice I like to hike, play frisbee, or play pickle ball. When the weather isn’t nice, I like to cycle.
These pics are from last weekend when we finally got a sunny day! My husband and I went on our first hike of the year and it felt so good to be outside in the sunshine!
