Chenille became a must-have sensation over night, I swear! One morning I woke up and browsed the new arrivals in my favorite stores and as I scrolled down the screen I saw cozy chenille sweaters and cardigans in colors that couldn’t be more perfect for Fall!

Chenille is a velvety yarn that is putting a new spin on Fall staples. Velvet is still trending this Fall, but this is a new take on the trend. It’s another fun way to add texture to your outfit and a fresh material for all your cozy must-have sweaters.

As the weather begins to cool off, I start getting dressed in the morning by thinking about what will keep me warm and comfortable throughout my day. Chenille sweaters are definitely at the top of the comfy list! The buttery smooth material is soft to touch and once you put it on, you never want to take it off!

Although I am obviously a huge fan on the trend, I realize that it’s not for everyone. Commonly found in carpets and furniture, my husband had a few sassy comments about my carpet sweater 😉 He also told me that I looked like I walked off of That 70’s Show. What do boys know, right?!

If your feeling bold and looking for something new to try this Fall, shop some of my favorite chenille pieces below. Click on the image and it will take you straight to the website!

~Wishing you a marvelous Monday~
